Here is a short 20 minute video that will showcase the benefits of the work orders section, a new feature in Hector. Included in the Operations module, you can now manage your most important daily operations, like requests coming in from your external and internal clients that require work t be performed on assets or places. You’ll want to capture the specific details of that work, like the number of hours it took, what tools were required, which assets were consumed on the job, and more. You’ll also be able to create work orders directly from assets, places and loaners, making it easy and fast to track.
