What’s New – June 2021
Welcome to our June update containing many improvements to the overall platform that will allow you to better manage roles and permissions, get more control over the emails that Hector sends out and the ability to return an asset to a different stockroom.
1. Roles & Permissions
You must be an administrator to have access to these functionalities
Go further in your management of roles and permissions thanks to a new section available in the settings menu. You can now create new roles, or adjust the existing roles to fine tune the application to your specific needs.
2. Email Templates
You must be an administrator to have access to these functionalities
Want to add more spice to Hector’s emails? Go right ahead thanks to our new Email Templates module. Don’t worry, we won’t take it personally! In fact, making the emails more personal is exactly what you need to make the usage of Hector more in line with your organization’s requirements.
3. Return an asset, from a loaner, to a different stockroom
Do you have some tasks that need to be performed on assets following a loan request? Whether it be quality control, inspection, clean up or repairs, Hector has you covered. It is now possible to send assets to a different stockroom following their return, to ensure these maintenance tasks are performed accordingly.
