Integration Guide With Affluences

Welcome to the Affluences and Hector guide!

This integration is designed to add your Affluences web pages to Hector in order to have a quick view of the waiting time directly inside Hector.

Introduction

Every Affluences web page is associated to a stockroom in Hector. This allows you to add multiple pages. To benefit from this integration to the fullest, we recommend pairing it to the loaning module of Hector since waiting times and occupancy rate can be displayed at multiple places inside the application while your users are going to make their reservations.

Places where the Affluences integration can be seen inside Hector are as follow: public loaner catalog, admin loaner list, home page and in the navigation menu.

Steps to Follow

1. Have an Affluences Web Page

This is an integration with the Affluences website, so you need to already have at least one page with them, or use any public page.

2. Access the Integration

As an administrator in Hector, navigate to the integration list, in the loaner section (Settings > Integrations). Find the Affluences integration and click to add. You will be presented with all the possible places where the Affluences timer can be shown in Hector. Simply choose the ones you want to activate and Save

3. Associate the Affluences Web Page to your Stockrooms

You now have to specify which Affluences page you want to associate with which stockroom. To do so, simply navigate to your stockroom and open the edit page. In the loaner section, you will see a new field called “Affluences Link”. Simply complete de link with a valid Affluences page.

Once you save the stockroom, you should already see the Affluences timer in the places selected earlier.

We hope this guide was helpful and that this integration will help you track the traffic of your stockrooms!
