User preferences
- Added a section containing your preferences. The first option is to memorize (or not) table filters when you navigate from one page to another. This option will be checked by default.
Notifications (advanced mode)
- Add date as an option for triggers. The purpose of this trigger is to send notifications on specific dates in time.
Inventory
Part / Models / Items
- When changing a part’s default stockroom, a checkbox will now allow the user to move all assets to a new destination.
- Define the default option for the consumption checkbox when moving assets are being moved from one destination to another.
- It is now possible to set end-of-life assets from the part edit page when the part is set to obsolete.
- The fields used to display a part’s title can be set from Settings > Parts.
Loaners
- When cancelling a reservation, it is now possible to add a comment which will be returned to the requester by e-mail.
- Time slots can now be associated with spaces.
Resources
Places / Spaces
* Please note that the label of the places / spaces may be different in your environment depending on your settings.
- It is now possible to set permissions directly on the spaces to control who can book when.
- This setting allows you to restrict the reservation of spaces for one user profile, while allowing another profile to reserve the place.
- In other words, imagine a library with seats. An administrator could reserve the entire library, but a user could only reserve a seat.
Integrations
C2 Atom
C2 Atom is a cloud-based IT service management (ITSM) platform that enables your team to benefit from exceptional collaboration, efficient service delivery and a powerful level of automation.
- Added integration with C2 Atom to synchronize inventory from C2 Atom (CMDB) to Hector and vice-versa.

Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Outlook is an email management software developed by Microsoft. It is primarily used as an e-mail client, but also offers many other information management functions, such as calendar, task, contact and note management.
- Added Microsoft Outlook integration for reservations and loaners.
- Create a reservation from Hector and display it in the user’s Outlook calendar.
- Create a reservation in Outlook and display it in Hector, while following the business process already in place.
ISBN
A standardized numbering system used to uniquely identify published books. The ISBN is used worldwide by publishers, bookshops, libraries and other players in the book industry to identify, catalog and manage printed works.
- Two additional fields have been added to the existing integration:
- Photo of the book, when available.
- Collection of the book, when available.
Affluences
Affluences is a company that develops sensors to measure, predict and communicate affluence (waiting time and occupancy rate) to users of an organization.
- Added a connector with Affluences to show store traffic in real time.
- Bear in mind that external devices are needed to measure traffic to your stores.

- It is now possible to determine the tiles to be displayed (and their order) on the home page of the mobile application.
