Advanced Notifications
A new advanced notification section is now available in the Settings > Notifications section. This will allow you to create notifications and templates based on your very specific organizational requirements.
You must click on the “Advanced Experimental Mode” to access the new notification section. This feature is currently limited to Assets, Loaners and Transfer Orders, but will eventually be expanded to cover all aspects of the software.

Advanced Currency Management
You can now manage the different exchange rates between currencies in the application. This will allow you to take into account exchange rates when adding assets that are in a different currency than the home currency of your environment.

Dashboard
You now have the ability to personalize the tiles displayed on the home page dashboard, including the option to customize chart types, adjust their order, and make various other modifications.

Inventory
Assets
- Added a scheduling view in the assets list section for advanced planning capabilities. Essentially, the goal is to answer the question, when will an asset be available for use?
Parts
- A new column called Whereabouts was added that shows the top 5 physical locations where assets are located. It is hidden by default and must be activated from the settings section.
Categories
- Added permissions to categories in order to show and hide categories for users, groups and departments. This is limited to the creation of parts and assets. If a user is a staff member of a stockroom, they will continue being able to see the assets belonging to the category.
Loaners
- Added the ability to extend a reservation Extend directly from the action menu of a loaner.
- Helpful links can now be added for categories, which will be displayed in the catalog, which allows users to access documentation for that category when making a reservation.
- Time slots and full day bookings have been added as scheduling options to stockrooms. This will change how your users can make reservations. Previously, only Date & Time was available, but timeslots could be set on individual places and parts.
- Picking items for a reservation has been made easier. After a reservation has been created, you can now sort by categories based on your preferred picking order.
- Added the ability for a staff member to have the requester digitally sign before checking out their reservation.
Resources
Places / Spaces
- It is now possible to display a section for spaces in the application’s main menu from Settings > Resources > Places.
Operations
Settings / Permissions
- You can choose to show/hide tabs for each of the different sections in the Operations menu. For example, you can choose to hide the Cancelled tab for certain roles in your environment.

Requisition Orders
- A new planning tab is now available to help determine stock levels to fulfill requisitions orders.
Transfer Orders
- A new report section has been added for transfer orders.
- Added a new preparation step in the workflow between New and In Progress steps.
- This step is useful if your organization needs to separate new requests from those that are being picked and packed.
- It must be turned on from the Settings > Operations > Transfer Order section.
- Added the ability to skip the Draft step through the addition of more Save options. For example, by selecting Save & View, I will be taken to the next step of the workflow process.
- Added the ability to see only available inventory when adding lines to a transfer order.
- When creating a transfer order from a requisition order, if inventory is available, it will automatically be selected in order to save time and clicks.
Work Orders
- Added a total and location on the form print out.
Mobile

- Application is now adapted to fit tablets (iPad and Android) as well as phones.
Inventory
- Added ability to perform physical inventory counts on a per user basis.
Loaners
- Added ability for the requester to digitally sign when creating and when checking out a reservation.
- Added ability to partially return a line directly from the loaner card.
- Added attribute information when adding an asset to the cart when making or modifying a reservation.
- Added the ability to reserve an asset or place by using predetermined time slots from the reservation page.
Operations
Requisition Orders
- Managers can now create requisitions for their employees.
Transfer Orders
- Added a preparation step in the workflow between New and In Progress steps.
