  • The trial is valid for 15 days. We ask for basic registration information (Name, First Name, Email, Company Name). After that, you have access to the full version with no limitations. For 15 days, you will have free access to the inventory software. You can test Hector, evaluate it, and learn how to use it.

  • No. There are no cancellation fees and no contracts unless you opt for an annual subscription.

  • Payments are made by credit card or bank transfer.

  • Of course, Hector software can read existing barcodes and QR codes, and we can import your existing files. Alternatively, you can generate new codes from the software.

  • Yes, every software license counts as one asset.

  • Yes, we have a mobile app available on iOS and Android. You can download it directly from the Store under “Hector Asset.”

  • Your information is stored in a cloud database. We encrypt it to prevent unauthorized use.

  • Yes. Since the application is cloud-based, it is always available. 24/7, 365 days a year. Nothing less.

  • To continue using Hector after your free trial ends, you will need to provide a payment method (accessible from your Settings > Billing). After that, we will charge a one-time setup fee of $29.99, and then you will be billed at the end of your first subscription month based on the plan associated with the number of assets you have registered in our system (average assets per month).

  • Yes. You can switch from one plan to another if you need more features. Otherwise, if you want to expand your inventory, your plan will automatically adjust based on the number of assets you have recorded in Hector.

  • As stated in the Hector contract, subscriptions are automatically renewed for a period equal to the expiring subscription term, unless you provide written notice at least 30 days before the end of your subscription term.
