Where is our municipality's data hosted?
Hector runs a global network of data centers, so your data can be hosted in the region that fits your requirements. Available regions include North America (Canada and the United States), Europe (France, Switzerland and the United Kingdom) and Oceania (Australia), each with primary and secondary servers for redundancy. Hector meets the leading privacy regulations, including GDPR (EU and UK), PIPEDA (Canada), CCPA and CPRA (United States) and the Australian Privacy Act, and holds SOC Type I and II certifications across all of its data centers. Access management is configured by department according to your internal rules.
Is Hector a good fit for a municipality?
