Hector referral program

- Introduce us to a school admin and/or storekeeper, an IT manager or a construction business manager and earn a $100 Amazon gift card upon them attending a product demo with us.
- Introduce us to an administrator from your school district or school board and earn a $150 Amazon gift card!
Referral Program Terms

Referral Partner may submit leads of potential new customers (each a “Prospective End Customer”) to Hector for the purpose of assisting Hector to win new business. For the sake of clarity, any use of the term “partner” in this Agreement or in connection with the relationship created by this Agreement shall in no way imply that the Parties are engaged in a joint venture or that either Party otherwise has any ownership interest in, or common enterprise with, the other Party.

Referral Partner shall submit leads to Hector for each Prospective End Customer through the online form on the “Hector Referral Program” webpage. Referral Partner shall complete all required fields as specified on such online form. Hector shall notify Referral Partner, via email, if a lead has been “accepted” within two (2) business days of submission of the form. Hector may reject any lead for any reason at its sole discretion. In order for Referral Partner to receive a referral gift, Hector and Prospective End Customer must hold a valid online demo presentation within (60) days of Hector’s email notification to Referral Partner of its acceptance of the Prospective End Customer lead.

Hector shall pay to Referral Partner the following Referral Fees: 100CAD$, 100EUR or 100USD$ or 150CAD$, 150EUR, 150USD$ (depending on territory) Amazon gift card as per the qualification criterias on the website for every introduction made by Referral Partner that leads to a Product Demonstration. The Referral Gift is payable no later than thirty (30) days after the date on which Hector performs the Product Demonstration with Prospective End Customer.

No Authority. Referral Partner shall refrain from making any representations, warranties or guarantees to Prospective End Customers or to the trade with respect to the specifications, features or capabilities of Hector’s product offerings that are deceptive, misleading or otherwise inconsistent with the literature distributed by Hector or its suppliers with respect thereto. Referral Partner is not the agent of Hector and has no authority to execute contracts on Hector’s behalf. Referral Partner agrees to take all commercially reasonable steps to preserve and protect the goodwill and reputation of Hector. Referral Partner shall not engage in any conduct which may damage Hector’s reputation. This Agreement is non-exclusive. The Parties understand and agree that Hector has the right to solicit Prospective End Customers directly and to appoint any number of additional representatives or agents to provide leads to Hector.
