You can change your password from your company’s application admin account, from a colleague’s account with rights to make these changes, or from the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Still not working? Just contact the technical support team to request a password reset. If Hector is integrated with Active Directory, you must follow Active Directory’s procedure to recover or change your password.

We invite you to contact the technical support team, we will process the payment manually. If the payment still doesn’t work, you will need to contact your bank directly.

You have two options: Option 1: You can update your banking information yourself in the application, in the payment portal. Option 2: You can contact the technical support team to update your information.

Data transmitted to Hector is encrypted using 256-bit encryption technology with encrypted keys. Additionally, once transmitted, they are encrypted and stored in the database. Our administrators do not have access to any accounts or passwords. Your data is weatherproof because Hector backs it up every day.

At the request of our clients, we have integrated QR Codes into the application. A barcode entry screen is included with Hector. Hector meets industry standards with Code 39 typography, which is recognized by virtually all barcode scanners on the market.

Yes, your barcodes are welcome at Hector! Code 39, Code 128, QR Code, and many other types of barcodes are supported by Hector.
