What is an inventory management notification?
An inventory management notification is an automatic alert triggered by an event: a stock threshold reached, a maintenance job due, a loan not returned or a license to renew. Instead of manually watching every deadline in a spreadsheet, you are notified at the right moment, right inside Hector.
Once your assets are imported and your rules are set, all you have to do is watch, approve and act. No more manual updates, reminders to send or Excel reports to rebuild: all the information is centralized and easy to read.

Approval of a request or delivery
Get notified as soon as a new supply or delivery request enters the system. Approve or decline it in one move, without ever slowing the process because an email went unnoticed.
Minimum and maximum stock thresholds
Set a minimum stock level to never run out and know when to order. Also set maximums (per office, per employee) to avoid overstocking. Hector alerts you when these thresholds are reached or about to be.
Maintenance and servicing
