Does Hector integrate with Microsoft Intune and Jamf?
Yes. Hector syncs natively with Microsoft Intune, MECM and SCCM, Jamf Pro, Jamf School, Google Chromebook, ServiceNow and C2 ITSM. The sync runs every night, and on demand sync brings a device in immediately.
How does Hector help with software license compliance?
You assign licenses and seats to users, assets or locations, then track available licenses with the software portfolio report. With Intune, Hector matches installs against purchases to flag any gap.
Does Hector offer SSO and account provisioning?
Yes. Single sign on is supported through Microsoft Azure Entra, OpenID Connect and Google Workspace. Account provisioning and group import run via SCIM and Microsoft Graph, with the option to restrict authorized domains.
Can inventory be collected automatically from endpoints?
Yes, through the Pheidix device agent, deployable via SCCM, Intune or GPO. It collects device state and syncs it as assets to keep your inventory current. The agent is available on Windows 11, with macOS and Linux coming.
How does pricing work?
Hector uses usage based pricing: the price depends on the volume of assets in your environment. Depending on the plan, features such as license management, reservations, purchase, transfer and work orders unlock.
